Debug capture

Save debug bundle for every processed slip
Writes the raw scan, the cropped slip, the model's raw JSON reply, and a debug_log.csv (what it read + reconciliation flags) to data/debug/ for offline investigation & ML tuning. Off by default — leave off in normal use.
wipes data/debug/ — do this after each ML retune, then reprocess for a fresh round.

Email (SMTP)

Send transactional emails
Welcome, credit top-ups, and a one-time low-balance notice.

The test uses your saved SMTP settings — click “Save settings” first, then send the test. Failures show the exact error.

Payments (PayFast)

Enable PayFast checkout
Users can buy credits. Test in sandbox before going live.

Edit the subject and body of each email. Click a variable to insert it where you last typed. Unknown variables are left as-is. “Send test” uses the recipient from the Settings → Email test field (or your address).
